Paul Burdell is the co-founder and Chief Executive of LCM Partners & LC Financial Holdings, where he is responsible for Group strategy and direction, as well as managing many of LCM’s key client relationships. Concurrently, from 2008-2016, he was a senior adviser to the European Central Bank and helped develop and manage their ABS Loan Level Data initiative and was also the chief architect for the ECB in establishing the European DataWarehouse in 2013. Prior to founding the Group in 1998, Paul was a career investment banker when in 1987 he formed Octagon Analytics, one of the early investors in Europe of the distressed corporate debt market. Prior to Octagon, Paul held senior roles trading bonds and derivatives for JP Morgan Chase, DLJ, and the United Bank of Kuwait.
