Paulus is responsible for firm-wide management and supervision of Sarona’s investments and investment professionals. He has extensive experience in investment and asset management, specifically focused on alternative investments, including multiple leadership and investment roles at €450 billion AUM Dutch pension asset manager APG Asset Management in both Amsterdam and New York, including global Head of Hedge Fund Investments, Senior Portfolio Manager of the Opportunity Fund, Sustainability and Governance Specialist and active participant in the firm’s private market investment committee, investing approximately $20 billion per year. Ingram also serves as a Strategic Advisor to Capricorn Investment Group, the investment manager and family office of Jeff Skoll and the Skoll Foundation. He has a Master of International Finance from the University of Amsterdam, a Master of Laws from Vrije University and the University of Amsterdam, and a BA from Amherst College. Ingram completed Oxford University’s Said School of Business Private Equity Program. He holds a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation and CFA Society of the UK Investment Management Certificate (IMC). He is a member of the British-American Project, an international fellowship.
