Richard Taffler

Professor of Finance and Accounting at The University of Warwick

Richard Taffler is a Fellow of the CFA Society of the UK, holds a PhD and Doctor Honoris Causa in Finance, and is also a qualified accountant. He has been Professor of Finance and Accounting at Warwick Business School, University of Warwick, since 2011. A leading authority on behavioral finance and investment, he has published over a hundred academic and professional papers and books. Richard is well known as the father of the new paradigm of emotional finance which complements traditional and behavioral approaches to investment and lectures and consults extensively in this area. He is currently engaged in writing the seminal book on emotional finance and investment.
