Ruzgar is Managing Partner of the responsAbility Digital Growth Fund, a growth equity fund focused on technology companies in global growth markets. The Fund targets high-growth digital and fintech companies and aims to accelerate digital and financial inclusion in the next set of rising markets across Southeast Asia, Africa, and Latin America.

ResponsAbility AG is a leading global impact asset manager with $4B in AUM, focused on three big themes: Climate Finance, Financial Inclusion, and Sustainable Food.

Ruzgar is a co-founder of Next Billion Ventures, a technology investment firm focused on global emerging markets. Previously, Ruzgar led IFC / World Bank's technology investments across EMEA and consumer internet investments. At IFC, Ruzgar launched Techemerge.org, a market-entry accelerator for tech companies, and Startup Catalyst, a FoF program for early-stage funds.

He received a BA from Cornell University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
