Adam is a Partner and Head of ESG & Sustainability based in the Firm’s London office.
Adam’s career in ESG and sustainability comprises over 30 years (14 years in private markets) and he holds a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Science, MA in Environmental Law and Post-Graduate Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety. He has worked in over 60 countries worldwide across industry sectors and his first in-house private finance role was in 2008 (at multi-national private equity, venture capital and real estate manager Doughty Hanson), where as one of the first dedicated ESG leads for the asset class, he implemented one of the first ESG value creation programmes in private equity.
Adam left Doughty Hanson as Partner and Head of Sustainability in 2016 to join Coller Capital (global private markets secondaries). He is a frequent speaker and contributor to publications on responsible investment, ESG and sustainability within finance, and has delivered ESG training on behalf of Invest Europe, the BVCA, IEMA and academia (including MSc and MBA programmes).
