Gaurav Sharma is a Managing Director on Bow River Capital’s Private Equity team and is a member of the investment committee for the firm’s Private Equity Funds. Gaurav currently serves on the Board of Directors of Arctic Air and NextEdge Networks, and was previously a Director of Fortune International and Health Plus Management.

Prior to joining Bow River Capital, Gaurav served as a Principal on the private equity team at Investcorp International in New York where he was responsible for originating, structuring, and managing investments. Prior to that, he served with the private equity teams at Bank of America / Merrill Lynch and Metalmark Capital. Gaurav started his career in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Lazard Frères & Co. in New York.

Gaurav earned an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Economics from Claremont McKenna College.
