Jim Healy

CEO at Capra Ibex Advisors

Mr. Healy is the Founder and CEO of Capra Ibex Advisors LLC, a privately owned Registered Investment Advisor that offers CLO equity investment programs through commingled investment vehicles and provides fixed income advisory services to financial institutions.

Mr. Healy had a 25-year career in the Investment Banking arm of the Credit Suisse Group, where he served as the Global Head of the Fixed Income Division from 2003 – 2007. Prior to joining Credit Suisse in 1983, Mr. Healy was an economist at The International Monetary Fund, having served as a consultant to the OECD, a Visiting Scholar at the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve, and as Visiting Assistant Professor of Economics at Dartmouth College earlier in his career.

Mr. Healy serves as Vice Chairman of Student Sponsor Partners, a non-profit organization focused on the high school dropout problem in NYC. He also served on the Board of Directors of E-Trade Financial Corporation.

Mr. Healy received a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University, an M.Sc. in Economics from the London School of Economics, and a Ph.D. in Economics from Princeton University.
