Profile
John Brignola is a founding partner of LBC. He is responsible for the general oversight of LBC and specifically its investment functions including chairing the firm’s Investment Committee. John has 35 years of senior and junior debt and special situations investing experience, with the past 25 years dedicated to private credit investing. Since 1999, he has managed numerous transactions that range from M&A through complex debt restructurings.
John is also a member of the LBC Small Cap Fund general partner and chair of the Investment Committee.
