Since the age of 18, Sebastian Togelang has been a Serial Entrepreneur, an Investor, a Business Angel, a Fund Manager and Founder of several Tech Companies and has taken them International. He carries over 20-years' of experience in Tech, Education, Marketing, Finance, Digital Commerce & The World of Start-ups.

He recently founded Rigel Capital; an early stage Tech Investment Company, with over USD 200 Million Fund already raised, and is committed to building a substantial tech ecosystem in Southeast Asia and India serving more than 2,3 Billion population.

Prior to this, he founded Kejora Capital and managed c.USD 700 Million in AUM, created 4 Unicorns and has over 35 Investments Pan-Asia. Kejora was named twice in a row as one of the Top 10 Global Performing Funds by Preqin.

Specifically, Kejora Star Capital II was ranked #8 globally and #1 among Southeast Asia Funds.
