Managing Director at Oriza FoFs

Since 2017, William has been with Oriza FOFs, a leading pre-PE fund of fund operator in China as a managing director. William started his investment career as part of the founding investment team of Oriza Holdings in 2002 and has served as Project Manager, Deputy General Manager and General Manager of the Investment Department, with over 15 years of experience in early-stage venture capital investments. In 2005, Oriza Holdings established a joint venture management company with Infinity Investment Group from Israel. William has served as the Investment Manager, Vice President and Managing Director, with more than 12 years’ experience in cross-border transactions and technology transfer. Between 2010 to 2017, William also served as the Chairman of Suzhou I-China Security Technology Co., Ltd., an Infinity portfolio company, with over 8 years’ experience in company operation and management. William holds an MBA from Kennesaw State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Shanghai Maritime University.
