Priscilla Guevara
Head of Investor Relations at Science Inc.


Priscilla has more than 12 years of domestic and international finance experience in venture, asset management and capital markets, complemented by a deep operational and regulatory foundation. As Head of Investor Relations at Science, she manages LP relations, communications & marketing, and events across Science entities. 

Additionally, she leads the structuring and capital raising efforts for SPVs and new opportunity vehicles. Prior to Science, she has served in highly visible, integral capacities at major institutions such as Sumitomo Mitsui, Neuberger Berman, Moore Capital (JCAM/JAE Credit) and ZX Ventures, focusing on business strategy, development, and capital deployment. 

Additionally, she served as the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer of the investment manager Muzinich & Co. and as the Chief Compliance Office of its private debt arm. Priscilla also founded a regulatory consultancy, where she developed intellectual property that provided guidance for companies experiencing potential or actual regulatory enforcement actions. Priscilla is a proven and successful entrepreneur with a strong, valued network.

She is currently the Chair of the Senior Women in Private Equity Group (California Chapter) and an Active Member of 100 Women in Finance. She is also currently on the Development Committee of the James Beard Foundation, having previously served on the board of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (NYC Chapter) as the Chair of Society Ties, its young professionals group.

Priscilla earned her M.B.A. degree from Columbia University and her B.A. in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting from University of California, Santa Barbara.
