Rami Reyes is a co-founder of NextEquity Partners, a consumer and enterprise technology mid-stage growth fund started in 2015 by executives from Apple and Elevation Partners, including former Apple Chief Software Technology Officer Avie Tevanian, experienced private equity exec Adam Hopkins, and former Apple CFO Fred Anderson. At NextEquity, Rami co-leads all investments and has helped build a portfolio that includes investments in leading technology companies, such as SentinelOne, Venafi, Ring (acquired by Amazon), The RealReal, Medsphere, Arctic Wolf, and Masterclass.
Prior to co-founding NextEquity, Rami was a principal at Elevation Partners, a technology private equity firm, where he worked on investments in leading technology companies, including Facebook, Marketshare (acquired by Neustar), Sonos, Bit Stew (acquired by GE), and Airbnb.
Rami currently serves on the board of Medsphere, a healthcare software company providing high quality and affordable EHR and RCM solutions for hospitals and physician practices, and as a board observer for Business Talent Group, the top marketplace for independent consultants. Rami previously served as a board observer for Marketshare, a marketing analytics software company, which was acquired by Neustar for $450M.
Rami is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he received the Dean’s Award for Excellence, the school’s top graduation award. Rami is passionate about giving back to the community and founded the Leadership Council for the SF SEO Scholars Program and co-founded LatinxVC.
