Marcin has more than 20 years of diverse, professional experience. His up-to-date experience aimed at gathering broad know-how in the Internet, Telecoms, Business Consulting and most recently - Venture Capital. Since the year 2000, he was the entrepreneur creating European online auctions (Vatera) and was co-responsible for the success of biggest CEE online recruitment business - Grupa Pracuj. He has been involved in VC since 2012 managing firstly a micro VC (Hedgehog Fund) and now - Market One Capital. During his VC career, he has invested in more than 60 marketplaces and SaaS startups assessing a couple of thousands of them. Marcin specializes in strategic and operational aspects of Sales processes, business models and startup valuations. His business maturity allows himself also to see some specific human aspects of the team and entrepreneurs.
