Omer Schipper

Director of PE and Direct Investments at Menora Mivtachim Insurance LTD

Omer Schipper is the Director of PE and Direct Investments at Menora Mivtachim, one of the top five insurance companies in Israel and the largest pension fund in Israel. Omer joined Menora in 2020, successfully establishing its direct equity investments department and positioning it as one of the leading direct institutional investors in Israel. Prior to Menora, Omer led the traded equities department at Meitav-Dash and Psagot Investment House, where he managed over $3Bn. Prior to that, Omer worked in the research department of the Bank of Israel. He sits on the board of numerous portfolio companies. He holds an MBA and BA in economics with honors from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
