Vanessa leads the Venture Capital fund investments globally at Siemens Fonds Invest Alternatives, which she joined in 2014. Siemens Fonds Invest Alternatives primarily advises the Siemens’ pension funds on its private equity allocation. Vanessa focuses on Venture Capital and Technology Growth funds across the US, Europe, Israel and China.

Prior to Siemens, Vanessa worked as a research assistant in the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft where she was responsible for research and consulting projects in the area of energy efficient and resource efficient manufacturing. She holds a diploma degree in management and technology from Technical University of Munich.
