Sustainable  and Impact Investing Research Analyst at UBS Asset Management

Karianne Lancee joined UBS Asset Management as a Sustainable and Impact Investing Research Analyst in October 2018. She works with investment teams across asset classes to highlight ESG and Impact risks and opportunities. She is leading on UBS AM's approach to Impact measurement and industry collaboration to create standards. She is based in London. 

Prior to joining UBS, Karianne was a Global Sustainable Investment Manager at Univest Company, Unilever's internal pension investment team. She advised Unilever's largest pension plans on sustainable investment policies and implementation. 

Before her experience at Unilever, Karianne worked as a Risk Management Analyst at P-Solve Asset Management (now River & Mercantile). Karianne holds a Masters degree in Investment Management from Cass Business School in London, a BSc in Business Administration from the Rotterdam University, the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) and a Naturopathic Nutrition Certificate from the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London.
