A strategy and investment professional in technology, media and green-tech, with over 20 years experience as founding entrepreneur, investor and professional advisor, I founded Ruffena in 2013 to advise and help fund growth stage businesses with great management.

I have founded several businesses, including Ruffena Capital, specialising in growth investment, working with innovative businesses with high growth potential and aiming to provide clients with honest, fresh thinking as well as the capital their businesses seek. I have had much international experience including the USA, India and particularly Eastern Europe in recent years, working on international technology, media and green projects.

I find writing these self promotional pieces is always a little uncomfortable/crass, since evaluating oneself ends up being generally biased. However, I do have a great flare and enjoyment for working in fast growth environments, particularly with entrepreneurial teams. Who wouldn't? Trained originally as a designer, people sayI am a natural communicator and consummate negotiator. I do create traction and achieve objectives and lead he team at Ruffena to ensure the whole group brings such benefits to bear for clients.

I have a good deal of Board level experience and Founding roles in technology, software and design/production businesses and have been the lead producer and Corporate Member of Beer & Partners Ltd, the then leading source of venture capital and business angel investment for growing SME businesses in the UK and regulated by (then) FSA.
