Rami Busbait has over 24 years of professional experience and is currently working as the Head of HR in Sales, Trading and Supply Planning (ST&SP), Saudi Aramco.

He is a panel member in SHRM Special Expertise Panel and also a member of the Advisory Board of the Human Capital Club in Prince Sultan University. He is a Chartered Fellow CIPD, certified SHRM-CP from Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and certified PHRi from Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI). Rami has a bachelor's degree in management information system and a master's degree in information technology. He is a certified Career Counsellor by both NCDA and IAEVG and a certified change management agent by Prosci on the ADKAR method.

Rami has led many important initiatives in his career such as the establishment of Talent Management functions in Aramco Chemicals and Aramco Trading and several HR digitalisation projects.
