Katherine is a barrister in practice at Field Court Tax Chambers. She has an MA in Law from Cambridge University and is a Chartered Tax Adviser, member of STEP, a Chartered Financial Planner and Certified Family Business Adviser. Katherine was previously a tax partner in two global professional services firms for over 15 years, first as head of private client services in the UK at PwC and then as head of private client services for Europe, Middle East, India and Africa at EY before returning to practice at the Bar. Recognised as one of the ‘Most Influential Private Client Advisers’ in the UK in 2013, 2014 and 2018 and “50 Top Tax Advisers” in 2018, she has over 25 years’ experience advising some of the UK’s wealthiest individuals on their personal, business and charitable interests. She has a wide knowledge of property tax issues and the structuring of property holdings from the perspective of investors, developers and other owners.
