With over 12 years’ experience in financial services and ESG, Meghan plays an integral role in advising EVORA’s clients to progress their climate resilience strategies, with a focus on real asset investment decision making. Meghan has a wealth of experience in Taskforce on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) and Physical Climate Risk for commercial real estate. She has also worked in a Research & Development role with The Climate Service, a leading climate risk analytics firm, where she modelled the financial impacts of climate change for real estate assets and developed methodologies for incorporating climate risk into investment decision making. Previously, she led Sustainability efforts for Nuveen Real Estate Americas and has served in corporate strategy and product development roles for global investment management firms. Her educational background includes a BA in Economics and a MSc in Energy Policy and Climate currently in progress.
