Torolf joined Willis in 2011 and now leads the global Physical Risks team within WTW’s Climate Practice, based in London.
His primary responsibility is to manage climate and natural hazard risk consulting projects (including strategic climate change impact assessments, catastrophe modelling and risk engineering projects) for large global organisations.
Torolf has a strong track record of delivering climate change consulting, risk financing, risk adaption / mitigation & remediation projects across all commercial and industrial sectors including, retail, real estate, private financial institutions, mining, energy, renewables and oil & gas companies.
Torolf holds a Ph.D. in Engineering Geology from Imperial College and a German Diploma in Geology (Dipl.Geol) from the RWTH Aachen. He is fluent in English and German.
