Michaël Trabbia, Executive Vice President and CEO of Orange Wholesale since April 2023, is a seasoned leader with a distinguished career spanning regulatory, strategic, and executive roles in the telecommunications industry. Michaël began his career in 2001 at the French regulator Arcep, where he contributed to several ministerial cabinets, focusing on European affairs, regional planning, and industry. In 2007, he became Director of Strategy and Development at TDF before joining Orange in 2011. At Orange, he held key positions, including Senior Vice President for Corporate Public Affairs, Chief of Staff, and Secretary of the Group’s Executive Committee. In 2016, Michaël was appointed CEO of Orange Belgium, where he led the company through significant growth and transformation. From 2020 to 2023, he served as Orange Group’s Chief Technology & Innovation Officer, driving technological advancements and innovation across the organization. A graduate of École Polytechnique and Télécom ParisTech, with a master’s of advanced studies in industrial economics, Michaël Trabbia brings a wealth of expertise and vision to his role at Orange Wholesale, where he continues to shape the future of telecommunications and wholesale services.
