Senior Scientist at Ajinomoto Bio-Pharma Services

Yusuke Hagiwara received a Ph.D. in Engineering from Tokyo Institute of Technology for his work on enzyme development and its application. He began his career with Ajinomoto Co., Inc. in 2006, working in the development of fermentation and enzymatic processes in the field of pharmaceuticals, amino acids, and food additives. In his current position as Senior Scientist with Ajinomoto Bio-Pharma Services, he is leading a team to develop enzymatic processes for oligonucleotide production.
