Thank you for your participation in  TIDES US Conference & Exhibition, taking place on September 15-18, 2020 at the Hynes Convention Center, in Boston, Massachusetts! Exhibitors may not set up or tear down outside of the specified times without approval from Show Management.

Exhibitor Move In

Exhibition set up will begin on: 

Tuesday, September 15 - 20 2:00 PM To 5:00 PM

Wednesday, September 16 - 8:00 AM To 2:00 PM

All booths must be set and operational by 3:00 pm on Wednesday, September 16th, 2020

Thursday, September 17 - 10:00 AM To 6:45 PM

Your TIDES booth space comes with:

All 10’x10’ booths will be set with:

  • 8’ high black back drape
  • 3’ high black side rail
  • 7”x 44” one-line identification booth sign 
  • The hall is NOT carpeted*

Table Top booths will be set with: 

  •  Table and 2 chairs
  •  Carpet is not necessary

Company Logo and Description

We are now using EXPOCAD for all of our larger events. This means you will have received a login from Expocad where you can update your digital booth, upload service kit forms and logos, and add things like product description and youtube videos. We encourage you to utilize this new service and feel it will be a great marketing tool for the floor plan and exhibitor listings. IF you did not receive your login or have any questions about the Expocad Floor plan or listing please let me know.

Shipping

Please see GES  shipping information, instructions, and pricing. All packages must be sent through GES Exposition’s Advanced Warehouse, by September 10th, to be delivered directly to your booth at the event.

Important Dates
-  GES will start accepting packages on Wednesday, August 12th, 2020.
-  The deadline for advanced shipping to the warehouse is Thursday, September 10th, 2020.

Registration

You are entitled to a certain number of complimentary registration passes per your agreement. If you are unsure how many passes you have used or what comes with your package, please contact Alexandra Kapetanopoulos (Alexandra.Kapetanopoulos@informa.com). 

NOTES:

  1. Speakers will be automatically registered, so please do not use your allotments to register speakers.
  2. For any additional passes, please contact your sales representative to receive additional passes at a discounted rate.
  3. Register by Monday, August 3rd, 2020

POSTER PRESENTATIONS

Certain Sponsorship/Exhibition Contracts include a Poster Presentation. If your contract includes one, the $150 poster fee is waived. If it’s not, the fee for a poster presentation is $150.

REGISTRATION -- All poster presenters MUST be registered

All poster presenters must be registered for the conference with either a Main Conference Pass or a Booth Staff Pass. You can either use one of your complimentary passes you were allotted in your contract or purchase an additional pass. If you’ve already registered for the conference and just need to add a poster presentation on to your registration, click here.
