Oli leads Experience Design in Unilever’s global eCommerce team.

He’s passionate about making shopping for Unilever products online better than in store.

He leads Open Innovation with Cambridge University which has delivered mobile-first hero images proven to deliver stronger conversion than standard images regardless of screen-size. He is the visual content lead in the Unilever global eCommerce team. Oli also measures the quality of Unilever’s online brand experience across 28 countries & 200 websites. He’s a bit of a geek that admits to enjoying eye tracking, as well as video interviewing people on how to improve their experience online. He’s passionate about design & photography and can be found on twitter @eCommerceULVR. In his free time Oli loves to get outdoors surfing, kiteboarding, and mountain biking with his wife & 14 yr old son.
