Paula works in Insight and Trend for Walgreens Boots Alliance. Her role entails partnering with the Consumer Healthcare Futures business, a newly created, innovation focused team sitting within WBA. The team are an agile and proactive business partner supporting the innovation agenda and commercial targets with a consumer centric mindset. Insight ranges across traditional consumer research to market performance and digital behaviours to provide a holistic view. WBA champion and support new ideas and thinking, often bringing insight from outside the world of healthcare to enable this. She has worked within the Consumer Planning and Insights function for 4 years with previous roles in retail and the leisure industry across buying, brand, marketing and category management.
