Chad Havelka leads the UX team for Schwab mobile, working specifically on Schwab’s new voice and chat UI. Since his career began over 18 years ago, customer centric design has been more than a principle—it’s been a creed. One that he applies to his work in finance, where he is taking something that is so personal, and so complex, and taming it into a tool that can truly help users change their life.
