Danny Blatt is the Customer Experience (CX) Insights Lead at Pfizer, with a rich background in research and a passion for understanding consumer needs. Formally trained as an industrial/organizational psychologist, Danny has dedicated his career to human research, focusing on consumer insights to develop products and brands that people love and desire.

Danny's journey began with exploring the emotional and psycho-physiological benefits of flavors and fragrances in a B2B environment. He then moved on to Unilever, where he helped put consumers at the center of the development process contributing to the innovations in laundry detergents, skin care products, ice cream, and tea. At Prudential Financial, Danny played a key role in market research, leading to the creation of award-winning advertising based on behavioral science principles.

Throughout his career, Danny has remained passionate about translating consumer needs, pain points, and passions into actionable insights that drive brand and product affinity. In recent years, he has become fascinated by the application of behavioral science to help people live better, happier, and healthier lives.
