Greg has broad and deep experience in customer research, insights and journey mapping, including progressive behavioral research approaches including biometric analysis, eye-tracking, facial emotion recognition and online journey tracking.
He has served as a strategic advisor to dozens of global leaders such Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Oracle, AT&T, Sprint, Walmart, SAP, GE, DocuSign, Thomson Reuters, Genentech, Wells Fargo, KeyBank, Michelin, PepsiCo, Panera and Chevron to research customer experience and behaviors – and develop / implement innovative customer experience strategies that drive business results.
Mr. Tucker served as a senior CX executive at AAA and CMO at Copart Auto Auctions, where he led customer research and CX transformation, allowing him to activate customer insights into practical approaches to deliver 50% revenue opportunities, 50-point NPS improvements, acquisition cost improvements of 70% and 30-point retention improvements.
He has received numerous awards, including CXPA Innovation Award and Addy Awards. His work has been profiled by HBR, Fast Company and Business Week and recognized as a Who’s Who of CX and 1 of 15 CX Experts by CXPA. Greg received his MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and is a certified CCXP and Six Sigma Black belt.
