Hailey Gianella
Lead Experience Strategist at PNC


Hailey Gianella is a Lead Experience Strategist on the Experience Innovation team at PNC  where she joins forces with world-class designers and researchers to develop and foster a culture of design-driven innovation across the organization.

Hailey leads teams that operate at the intersection of human centered design and business strategy.  She partners with executive leaders and their teams on innovation initiatives to deeply understand customer needs and identify market opportunity spaces that result in new product offerings.

Prior to joining PNC, Hailey managed consumer research for key product verticals across the US and Canada at PPG.  During her time at PPG, Hailey completed her MBA from Carlow University where she received an award for Academic Leadership and Excellence in the MBA program and was a guest keynote speaker on Design Thinking at the University of Zagreb in Croatia.
