Jana DeLancey is SVP, Global Foresight, Insight and Analytics for MasterCard. She has 25+ years of experience building consumer insights functions for global businesses, leveraging insights in brand positioning and messaging, product development, innovation, and market differentiation. Through her Foresight practice she helps companies see future possibilities and enables them to form the future of the company.
Currently, Ms. DeLancey provides foresight, thought leadership and guidance to embed Consumer and Customer insights and analytics into Mastercard’s products, platforms, solutions and marketing strategy.
Previously, she was VP of Global Insights at GlaxoSmithKline, responsible for creating and leading an organization to deliver strategic consumer, shopper, and expert insights. She has also held leadership positions at Beam, Kraft Foods, Kellogg and Clorox.
Ms. DeLancey holds an MBA from Eastern Kentucky University and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Berea College. She sits on the Board of Directors for the Isaacs Center in NYC.
