Jana DeLancey is Senior Vice President, Global Foresight, Insight and Analytics for MasterCard. She is a self-proclaimed perpetual 2-year-old, constantly asking “why”. Through her Foresight practice she helps companies see future possibilities and enables them to form the future of the company.

In her current role, she is responsible for providing foresight, thought leadership and guidance to embed Consumer and Customer insights and analytics into Mastercard’s products, platforms, solutions and marketing strategy, helping create a competitive advantage.

Before joining Mastercard, Ms. DeLancey was Vice President of Global Insights at GlaxoSmithKline, where she was responsible for creating and leading an organization to deliver strategic consumer, shopper, and expert insights. She has also held leadership positions at Beam, Kraft Foods, Kellogg and Clorox.
