Jay is Horizon BCBSNJ’s Chief Experience Officer, a role that helps the business understand what motivates customers and what matters most to them in order to drive loyalty and business growth. In this role Jay develops and implements the company’s end-to-end consumer experience strategy, working across all divisions of the company to achieve established goals.
Jay has 20+ years’ experience in consumer strategy development in both insurance and consumer packaged goods. He has worked with large insurance companies and some of the world’s leading consumer product brands to develop consumer strategies and transform business models to be consumer-focused. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Marketing from Temple University’s Fox School of Business and an MBA from University of Connecticut’s School of Business. Jay lives in NYC with his husband and two French Bulldogs.
