Jill Hambley is leading the transformation of the Consumer Insights & Customer Experience team at MassMutual. She’s responsible for the development of the customer experience strategy for the organization as well building an insights-driven function where data and analytics influence strategic business decisions. Through developing a highly collaborative and curious team, she inspires others to spark change. Jill is an integral part of the Brand & Advertising leadership team responsible for identifying and implementing strategic direction. Prior to joining MassMutual, Jill spent most of her career growing CPG brands, including over ten years as the Global VP of Marketing at Hasbro.
