Kassandra Duane is the Director of Insights and Analytics at MassMutual where she leads the enterprise learning agenda and delivers insights derived from authentic consumer stories coupled with large data sets. With expertise in strategy, marketing, research and analytics, prior to MassMutual, Kassandra led a global, omni-channel customer experience program for a Fortune 500 retailer. While at Service Management Group she commercialized a vast data set, which ultimately became a competitive insight tool called BrandGeek, based on geo-location-based behavior. A common thread throughout Kassandra’s career and the organizations she has worked with is a commitment to customer understanding and how to leverage data and insights for improved experience, product relevance and business performance.
