Kathleen Curtis Wolf
former Sr. Manager, Corporate Brand Reputation & Global Interactive Communications, Whirlpool & Chief Experience Officer at The Purpose Partners

Profile

Kathleen Wolf has always considered herself an entrepreneur on the inside, diving into new areas or functions that needed to identify compelling opportunities. She spent 25 years at Whirlpool Corporation in various branding, marketing, communications and corporate reputation roles. She has worked on nearly every brand within their global portfolio including Jenn-Air, KitchenAid, Whirlpool, Maytag, Amana, Gladiator GarageWorks, Consul, Bauknecht, and Indesit. One of her proudest achievements during her tenure included the creation of the purpose-based corporate and employer brand, which was implemented in NAR, EMEA, LAR and Asia.

Kathleen felt like she could make a greater impact outside of a large company, so she bet on herself and took her passion for purpose-focused, brand marketing and communications to her own consulting company, The Purpose Partners, where she now helps forward-thinking organizations and individuals create meaningful business growth and career success. Based on her experiences in corporate and her own business, Kathleen developed the Experience Ecosystem®, a proven framework that guides organizations and individuals, re-centering around their purpose and building meaningful growth based on their strengths. This approach has delivered extraordinary results for her clients.

On top of the work she loves, she has a family and community she adores. Kathleen is the mother of Brock, Kelsey and her furry golden retrievers Laguna & Wrigley. She has degrees from Cardinal Stritch and Loyola Universities, and currently serves as Marketing Chair on the nonprofit board of Lakeshore Excellence Foundation, actively supporting the need for greater funding in education. Kathleen is energized by identifying strategic opportunities for businesses and individuals, empowering and inspiring them to transform by finding and aligning with their unique purpose.
