Ken KozielskiVice President, Customer Experience at Orlando Health
Ken Kozielski is a member of Orlando Health’s Executive Team as the Vice President of Customer Experience. With system-wide responsibility, Ken serves as the executive leader for customer experience, responsible for defining and activating a unique and differentiated model to build loyal, trust-based relationships across the continuum of care with patients, caregivers and families.
Ken has over 20 years of experience in customer engagement across the hospitality and service sectors. He has a proven track record of activating evidence-based customer experiences and delivering transformative business outcomes. His most recent role was Vice President of Customer Experience at Wyndham Vacation Ownership where he created, staffed and led a Customer Experience Center of Excellence.
Prior to that role, Ken was with Aramark in Philadelphia for 10 years, where he was Associate Vice President in the Growth Center of Excellence. His responsibilities included directing all customer and client insights, developing loyalty strategies, leading the implementation of customer relationship management and leveraging predictive analytics to focus client engagement efforts to accelerate profitable growth.
Ken acquired his passion for insights-based experiences working as a consultant at Spring International in Narberth, Pennsylvania where he guided Fortune 100 clients to engage employees, build brands and develop marketing strategies. Ken earned a Bachelor of Science degree and an MBA from the University of Delaware, with studies abroad in Grenoble, France. He is a certified focus group moderator and an experienced research practitioner. Ken, his wife and three daughters live in Orlando.
