Kristen GriffithAssociate Director, Global Insights at Clorox
As Insights Lead for Clorox’s Cat Litter businesses, Kristen serves as the internal voice of the consumer, both human and feline! Deeply curious and a driven problem solver, and a lifelong cat lover and animal rescue volunteer, she is passionate about advancing consumer understanding in support of their brand purpose- “making the world a more welcoming place for cats and their people”. Her day-to-day work is in support of business strategy, marketing planning and execution, and product evolution. Prior to this role Kristen lead Clorox’s Consumer Insights COE, and before that spent over 12 years working in supplier side market research across a board range of methodological approaches and content areas including UX, packaging and retail, shopper insights, brand equity, and positioning; and across a variety of industries including technology, CPG, home goods, and non-profits. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Georgia with Bachelor of Science in Psychology and minor in Anthropology.
