Lia Silkworth, SVP Strategy & Insights, leads the programming and consumer research departments as well as the Data & Analytics function for Telemundo Network, NBC UNIVERSO and its digital properties. Silkworth is responsible for synthesizing insights from quantitative and qualitative data in order to provide expert guidance on brand performance, multi-platform viewing, and other key business goals. In addition, she is charged with the development of progressive strategies to advance the long-range business vision and growth of NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises. During her career, Silkworth has led strategic planning and investment duties at several advertising agencies for clients such as General Motors, Samsung, Proctor & Gamble, Sprint and Disney Parks & Resorts.
