Mary-Colleen Hershey is a 20 year CPG veteran who is passionate about the intersection between consumer need and business opportunity and espouses a combination of curiosity and pragmatism. As Vice President for Consumer and Marketplace Insights for Nestle she leads the full insight function, from product test to advanced analytics to shopper, for the US food and beverage businesses. Prior to joining Nestle, Mary-Colleen held various consumer insight and analytic positions at Abbott Nutrition, Kraft Foods, Keebler, Nielsen, and Prime Consulting. Mary-Colleen strongly advocates for gender, cultural, and thought diversity in the workplace and has contributed via mentoring and active inclusion in every organization in which she has worked.
