Mecal McDade is the Experience Director for the Retail National Expansion team at PNC where she operates at the confluence of customer, business, and technology to deliver digital forward, human-enabled consumer design solutions.

Mecal leads the Retail National Expansion fleet, an Agile organization focused on delivering experiences-that-matter for PNC’s customers and employees at a national scale. She and team drive innovation by unifying partners to a common goal, embracing consumer-centric insights and experimentation to fully leverage technical capability and create marketplace differentiation. By anchoring to an end-to-end, omnichannel view, they rally partners to realize value creation across the customer journey on behalf of the shareholder.

Prior to joining PNC, Mecal owned a consulting practice advising mid-size companies on strategic planning and Lean Six Sigma methodologies with a concentration on transition management, corporate workouts, and right-sizing.  Before that she spent three years innovating workforce capacity planning as a Strategic Planning Manager with Sony Electronics, and six years with Procter & Gamble Manufacturing Company leading high performing work system / lean initiatives as a manager in their Laundry Division.
