Mike SwiontkowskiDirector & Head of Global Research and Consumer Insights at Blizzard Entertainment
Mike is the Director of Global Research and Consumer Insights at Blizzard Entertainment, which he has held since 2016. Previously, he was Director of Consumer Insights for Activision Publishing, where we was employed from 2008-2016. Prior to that, he worked on the research supplier side in media and entertainment at Arbitron (now Nielsen Audio) from 2005-2008 and in educational research at Westat from 2002-2005. He holds a M.S. in predictive analytics from Northwestern University, M.S. in survey methodology from the University of Maryland-College Park, and a B.B.A. in business operations/information technology and psychology from the College of William and Mary.
