Page’s work in hospitality dates back decades. Formally trained at Hyde Park’s Culinary Institute of America, he’s worked the line at Pujol (CDMX), Uchi, Emmer & Rye (Austin), and served as corporate executive chef for Starr Restaurants. As Culinary Director at Potluck Hospitality, Page oversees food and beverage operations while playing a key role in the collaborative design and concepting of future projects.
