He focuses on providing custom research to answer strategic questions and programmatic research to monitor trends in product features over time. Before LinkedIn he worked at SKIM, where he helped brands with communication and pricing strategies, leveraging discrete choice methods. He also led the development of consumer decision making frameworks and was instrumental in the creation of new research methodologies aimed at better incorporating aspects of cognitive psychology. He earned his MA in Social and Consumer Psychology from New York University.
