We are deeply committed to sustainability at HRSE Dubai, with a clear focus on both people and the planet. To achieve this, we're making changes in the way we run our events, such as reducing carbon emissions and minimising waste. Simultaneously, we are dedicated to empowering diverse communities and forming strategic partnerships. Our ultimate aim is to play a central role in shaping the sustainability of the HR industry by connecting individuals with the networks and knowledge required to address the industry's significant challenges.

As a part of our continued commitment to the sustainability of HRSE, we have switched to 100% renewable electricity, significantly reducing the carbon footprint of our event.
FOCUSING ON SUSTAINABILITY AT HRSE
We know sustainability is increasingly important to our attendees and exhibitors, as well as to our market as a whole. Running an event gives us lots of opportunities to improve our impacts environmentally, socially and economically in our host cities. We want to make our event more responsible and play a role in helping our markets improve its own sustainability through connecting people with the networks and knowledge they want to help solve the big challenges in our sector.
We believe a sustainable event focusses on three key aims:

Code of Conduct
We want everyone who comes to our events to have a great experience. Whether you are attending, speaking, exhibiting, sponsoring or working with or for us, our focus is on creating an environment and experience that everyone can participate in and benefit from.
Safety, respect and consideration are integral to this. While issues are rare, we want to be clear about the standards and expectations in place at our events, wherever they are held, because actions can impact others and everyone has a role to play in getting it right.
This code explains our expectations and rules, which includes general good practice behaviour, and how to report anything witnessed or experienced that goes against them. Anyone not following these rules or behaving in an unacceptable way will be asked – and expected – to stop doing so immediately and may be removed from the event.
