Geoffrey Strickland is currently the Head of Executive Reward for Nokia. He has over 20 years of experience as a reward specialist. He started his career in the expatriate taxation team of a ‘Big 4’ professional services firm, before moving into reward consultancy with Towers Perrin and Watson Wyatt (later becoming Towers Watson). He then moved to in-house roles, first with SABMiller plc (a UK FTSE 10 company) and following that Asahi Europe.

Geoffrey has broad reward experience including data services, job evaluation and grading, long-term incentives and share plans. He has been part of the board advisory teams of numerous FTSE 100 and international companies. Geoffrey’s consultancy experience includes supporting a number of clients in the GCC in the telecoms, financial services and energy sectors.

He is a qualified World at Work Global Remuneration Professional and holds a Cert. ICSA in Employee Share Plans.
