Ricardo Rosero, founder, managing partner of BaseFirma (BaseFirma was ranked as a top transfer pricing firm in the US and Latin America by the World Transfer Pricing - The Comprehensive Guide to the World's Transfer Pricing Firms - TP Week & International Tax Review). Mr. Rosero has 26 years of international transfer pricing experience. In 1995 he joined Coopers & Lybrand’s transfer pricing group in Amsterdam, The Netherlands and from there moved to Mexico where he pioneered PwC’s transfer pricing group in Mexico City. Mr. Rosero subsequently established transfer pricing groups for this Big Four in Argentina and Venezuela. Before founding BaseFirma, he was a senior manager for PwC based in Miami and responsible for developing the transfer pricing Florida practice.  Mr. Rosero has managed over 5000 transfer pricing projects and provided consultation for some of the world’s largest multinational companies. Mr. Rosero is a frequent speaker at international transfer pricing seminars and contributor to international tax publications such as the International Tax Review – U.K. and the Bureau of National Affairs of Washington. In addition to his transfer pricing experience, Mr. Rosero has worked as a consultant for the Swedish Development Agency in The Hague, The Netherlands and as an economic advisor for the National Planning Department in Bogota, Colombia. Mr. Rosero holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the Institute of Social Studies and Erasmus University, The Hague and Rotterdam, The Netherlands and an MBA from European University, Antwerp, Belgium.
