Stewart BrantHead of TP Unit at OECD
Stewart Brant leads the OECD’s Transfer Pricing Unit where he helps to advance the OECD’s ongoing work to address the tax challenges of the digitalization of the economy. A U.S. national, Stewart has a varied background in international tax law, policy and administration. He has worked as an attorney for the United States Department of Treasury and its compliance and enforcement branch, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Most recently, he represented the IRS’s Large Business and International Division (LB&I) in San Francisco, California. Prior to joining LB&I in San Francisco, Stewart worked as an attorney-advisor in the Office of the International Tax Counsel.
