As a managing director in BDO’s transfer pricing team, Yvonne is responsible for delivering practical tools and solutions to assist clients in the successful implementation of their transfer pricing policies. With over 20 years of transfer pricing experience, Yvonne brings a holistic approach to her work on the transfer pricing lifecycle.
Yvonne has experience assisting companies establish their transfer pricing policies, developing the associated implementation road maps, and ultimately readying companies for the successful execution of the new policies. She also has more than six years of experience working with a global services client on its end-to-end transfer pricing lifecycle, including transfer pricing workflow, operational documentation, controls and communication activities.
Throughout her work, Yvonne focuses on practical and efficient transfer pricing process design, including the assessment, selection and implementation of supporting technologies, from desktop applications to system integrations. Working with clients and technology specialists, Yvonne has supported the successful automation of a residual profit split model and a complex multi-model head office services policy through a robust automation solution.
Given the significant impact of trade policy fluctuations on global supply chains, Yvonne has worked to strengthen the intrinsic link between transfer pricing and customs and to develop solutions that provide significant efficiencies and savings to both transfer pricing and trade departments.
Yvonne has also been involved in the development of complex modelling solutions for a variety of client scenarios, including identifying support for intangible and service fee transactions through the application of relevant transfer pricing methodologies. She has extensive experience with advance pricing agreements and audit defense projects in a variety of industries.
