Zach is a managing director based in Atlanta, Georgia and oversees BDO’s transfer pricing practice for the Southeast Region. He has more than 10 years of experience in providing transfer pricing advisory services to his clients across different industries.

Zach has extensive experience in the financial services (FS) industry.  During his career he has worked and served financial services companies in the largest global financial centers in the world including both New York and London.  During his time in London, Zach advised multi-nationals on the implications of the OECD’s Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) initiative as it was being released to the public.

Zach has extensive experience working with FS companies as well as Corporates on their intercompany financial transactions such as intercompany loans and guarantees.  He has worked with a number of large multi-nationals on setting up an in-house bank. 

Throughout his career, Zach has led various types of transfer pricing projects including documentation, planning, audit defense, advance pricing arrangements, global value chain / structuring, among others.
