Cameron Allen is currently the Managing Partner of specialist tax services firm, A&A Tax Legal Consulting, which he established in Australia in 2010.  A&A is a collaboration partner firm of Andersen Global, an international association of firms with more than 5,000 professionals worldwide and a presence in over 179 locations through its member firms and collaborating firms. Prior to A&A, Cameron was a senior tax partner at Deloitte, as well as holding a senior role at EY.   Cameron has over 25 years experience in advising on domestic and international taxation and “best practice” processes.  He is highly regarded by clients for his ability to provide high level, innovative and practical tax advice on complex, and often demanding, transactions as well as for his successful outcomes in tax controversy matters and obtaining rulings from the Australian Taxation Office. In addition to his extensive career, Cameron also sits on a number of boards. Mr Allen holds a Master of Taxation degree from the University of Melbourne.  He is also a Chartered Tax Adviser and member of The Tax Institute. Cameron’s advisory experience has covered a broad range of private, commercial, corporate and international tax areas including international tax advisory, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), inbound and outbound investment, corporate reorganisations, pre-public listing structuring, capital raising and debt funding, transfer pricing, tax compliance, international business structuring, tax audit support and ATO negotiation, intellectual property structuring and tax risk management.
